Training Plan - Week 1 - Jan 1 to 6

A short first week of 2019 as we start on a Tuesday this year. The 1st I will jog to first foot my granny in the morning and the 2nd I still have Dexter so easy run miles both days are on the plan. I am also going to do stretching, core and weights sessions over the two days.  Thursday I have to put the Range Rover in for MOT so will have to commute on the train. Also they are too close together this time to take a serious reboot between them so it is a case of picking one to target and accepting the impact it will have on the other.   As with last ye...
